Dreams

It was a very sad night, Hikaru saw Fuu crying from the hall that diverted to seeing Clef and Umi on the other side discussing the painting on the wall. *I know Fuu has told Ferio from the first night that she had that dream. Has Umi told Clef? * Hikaru sighed and leaned against the wall. A mild click startled her as the wall opened into an evening room. Hikaru entered feeling her guts bewaring her of danger.

It was a small room, a lamp dimly lighted it that gave a yellow glitter on the antique furniture. "Strange," Hikaru touched the wooden chair, "This is the first time I've seen antiques in Cephiro like these… you would usually see this form Earth." The Shadow lighter gasped, "Could it be!"

Hikaru remembered the dream that the three magic knights shared. And entering that room it shared a clearer scene. They were in a ballroom at first having fun wearing their gowns and being adored by everyone. In a flash there was an earthquake the seas were in rage and the wind hissed as the castle walls burned. They transformed to the Magic Knights of Cephiro to save the planet from whatever catastrophe it was at. They used their powers to overcome and everything was at peace and the castle glittered back to normal. The events happened so quickly that in their eyes they knew it was just too easy. Then they here a voice, a voice that wasn't meant to be feared. It wasn't meant to be soft like Emeraude's. It did not seem deceiving nor seemed to ask favors. "You have done well to save this planet, the heavens are grateful and are in your dept. Three weeks will past and in the vanishing of the three moons you will bid farewell, to return to your rightful place."

The surrounding gave a bright light that woke them up and brought Hikaru back to the hidden room.

"Hikaru, are you all right?" The Shadow Lighter turned around and saw a tall lean man gazing at her with gallant eyes. "Lantis."

"What are you doing here?" The knight asked as he kissed the Shadow Lighter's hand. This should have made the Magic Knight smile, it should have made her blush, but it was only the opposite of her shining smile. "What is wrong?"

Hikaru shrugged her thought, even though she knew that her dreams were the dreams she did not want to come true. She is sure it will. But how could she tell this man in front of her when in just thinking of it… it breaks her heart. She could not bare it.

Hikaru smiled, "Nothing Lantis, how are you?"
